A devoted filmmaker with origins in Spain, Pablo has demonstrated a particular interest in the field of filmmaking since the young age of six. Ever since, he has gone from being a winner of numerous entrepreneurship contests (BeCritical - fundación La Caixa) or GrowLab (Cesur - Spain), to creating several different critically-acclaimed short-films that have been prestigiously awarded in different film festivals across the globe: Olympia International Film Festival (Greece), Austin Film Festival (United States), Cinemajove (Spain), BIKY International Film Festival (Korea) or the Copper Flower International Film Festival (Russia).
Not only this, Pablo has also collaborated with different enterprises, organizations and public figures like the spanish journalist Óscar Gómez in his sound fiction for Ecoembes (spanish national recycling enterprise). Outside of having a Proficient ABRSM Royal School of Music Piano Performance degree, a Cambridge C2 Grade A honorable mention and a German B1 from the Goethe Institut, he is currently studying Audiovisual Communication at the Universidad de Navarra (Spain) to further advance his talent for cinema. His transformative passion for the big screen has enabled him to tell stories that move his audiences, while focusing on themes that highlight the good of humanity, equality and social justice.
An innate musician, Jesús culminated professional violin interpretation studies at the superior music conservatoire of Seville, Spain, whilst simultaneously getting a degree in physics from the University of Seville. He started his career as a composer by creating the soundtrack to the awarded webseries 18.0, as well as music for varied theater plays and scoring for international short-films, such as the critically-acclaimed “The Seat”. He has also worked on prestigious campaigns of varied fields within Spain, such as with a campaign for the famous “Sevilla Fútbol Club” soccer club. He has been nominated under the “Best Original Music” category by the Asecan awards. He further displays his mastery in music composition after developing the cinematic score for all of Pablo Iranzo five award winning short-films.
